Information we collect
When you sign up to receive the Effective Digital Curriculum guide or request the Digital Education Pilot Program Guide, we collect the name and email address you provide. We also record when the signup occurred and which website form was used.
How we use this information
We use this information to manage guide requests, email the Pilot Program Guide link when requested, and email you when the Effective Digital Curriculum guide becomes available. We do not use a guide signup to subscribe you to unrelated marketing messages.
How information is stored and shared
Guide signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database connected to this website. Cloudflare processes this information as a service provider. A notification containing the submitted name and email address is also sent to Spero Learning at info@sperolearning.org.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security and operation of our services.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand general website activity and improve the site. Names and email addresses submitted through our forms are not sent to Google Analytics.
Retention and security
We retain signup and guide-request information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested resource, maintain appropriate consent records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information in our care.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your signup information, or withdraw your consent to receive the guide, by emailing info@sperolearning.org.
